Need a hand?

You can file a claim under purchase protection, refund protection, or event ticket cancellation insurance from your Revolut app:

• Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'insurance'
• Then, select ‘Purchase’ and tap ‘Claim’

If you're having trouble accessing the app, you can also submit your claim on Qover's website directly.

• Your Revolut policy number (found within the 'Purchase insurance' section of your app)
• All documents that support your claim

You'll get an email from Qover confirming they have received your claim. If not, check your spam and contact details. They'll then review the claim and documents, check its validity, and calculate the eligible amount.

Qover might request additional claim information directly. Keep all relevant documents readily available. Qover will either approve your claim and pay the eligible amount, or explain why it was denied.
