Need a hand?

The average annual balance contains the following information:

• Account holder details (name and address)
• Account details (IBAN, BIC)
• Average balance in a specific year and 31st December final balance

To get the average annual balance document:

1. Go to 'Profile' on the top left of the screen
2. Tap 'Account'
3. Select 'Documents'
4. Tap on 'Average Annual Balance'
5. Choose a time period and select 'Generate'

We don’t issue hard-copy documents nor provide stamps on requested documents. All statement and confirmation documents are electronically generated.
