How do I order a physical card?

To order a physical card:

  1. Go to the 'Cards' section, by tapping the card icon in the top right
  2. Tap the '+ Add new' button
  3. Choose 💳 'Physical card' and your card type
  4. Create your PIN code
  5. Provide your address and submit the order

The cost of the card and/or delivery will also be displayed before the checkout.

👉 Make sure the delivery address is correct.

If you change your mind, you can cancel the card order within 1 hour of ordering:

  1. Head to the cards section by tapping the card icon in the top right
  2. Choose your card order
  3. Tap 'Edit or cancel'
  4. Tap 'Cancel order' → choose 'Yes, cancel'
  5. Card order fees will be returned to your account right away

The option to cancel an order will only be visible for 1 hour, while the card hasn't been shipped. If you don’t see this option, it means we can't cancel its delivery any more.
