How do I contact Customer Support?
Support is available 24/7 via our in-app chat. To get there, just follow these simple steps in your Revolut app:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Help' and choose a topic
- Choose an article. If that doesn't help with your query, select 'Chat with us'
You'll be connected to our Chat Assistant bot. If that doesn't help with your query, type 'Live agent', and you'll be redirected to one of our support agents.
If you need to check your chat history:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Help'
- Scroll down and tap 'My requests'
I can't log in. How do I get support?
If you've forgotten your login details and need support, select 'Forgot your passcode?' on your app's login screen. You'll need to go through the verification flow.
If you pass the verification, you'll reach our chat support. If you're unable to pass the verification, not to worry, your third failed attempt will trigger an anonymous chat.
