How can I download account confirmation?
Account confirmation documents contain the following information:
- Account holder details (name, date of birth, email, address)
- Account status
- Opening date
- Wallet reference
- Bank Identifier Code (BIC)
- International Bank Account Number (IBAN) for all the accounts
In Japan, international details on the statement are only for sending funds, as we do not support receiving international transfers from external banks. For more details, see this FAQ.
To get the account confirmation:
- Go to 'Profile' on the top left
- Tap on 'Account'
- Select 'Documents'
- Choose 'Personal account' and hit 'Account Confirmation'
We don’t issue hard-copy documents or provide stamps on requested documents; all statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated.
