How long will Revolut hold my data?

Under the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, we’re required to keep your data for a minimum of 7 years from your last transaction. These retention requirements supersede any right to erasure requests under applicable data protection laws. Your data can't be erased from your Revolut account until after this period, and we'll hold it securely during this time.
