My referrer can’t see me in their invitee list in the app. Why?
There are 2 possible reasons why your referrer can't see you on their invitee list:
- You had a Revolut account before — if this is the case, you aren't considered a new customer;
- You didn’t use your referrer’s unique invite link to sign up for Revolut.
If you forgot to use the invite link, inform your referrer and ask them to submit a support request here.
