Why can't Revolut trace incoming transfers?
If a transfer has arrived to Revolut, we'll display it in your transactions section.
Unfortunately, we can't trace incoming transfers until they reach us – it's the sending bank's (and its partners) responsibility to ensure that the transfer arrives. If you wish to inquire about a non-received transfer, please contact the sender's bank directly. They should be able to check the location of the transfer in their system, as well as the systems of their partners.
If they’re still unable to find the transfer, please ensure sufficient time has passed, and submit the details here.
