Download a transfer confirmation

To download a transfer confirmation in-app:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Find the transfer in your transactions list
  • Select the transfer
  • Next to 'Confirmation', tap 'Download'
  • Save or share the PDF

Transfer confirmations will be downloaded in the same language as your app and will include the MT-103 document for international SWIFT transfers. We include all reference numbers possible in the transfer confirmation.

It’s not possible to download a transfer confirmation for failed or pending transfers.
