How to update an expired card?

You can update an expired card anytime in-app. To update your card you just need to delete your expired card from the app and add your new card.

You can delete your expired card by following the next steps:

  1. Tap 'Add money',
  2. Tap the button below the displayed amount showing the information of one of already saved cards,
  3. A new window will open and in the Cards section, tap "i" next to the card that is expired,
  4. Last, tap 'Delete'.

If you have other cards added to your account you can add your new card using the following steps:

  1. Tap 'Add money',
  2. Enter the amount you'd like to add to your account,
  3. Tap the button below the amount showing the information of one of already saved cards
  4. A new window will open and in the Cards section, on the top right, tap 'Add card securely'
  5. Add your correct card details (12 to 19-digit card number, expiry date, CVC code and billing address postal/ZIP code, if needed{),
  6. Last, tap 'Add money securely'

If this was the only card you had added in your account follow these steps instead:

  1. Tap 'Add money',
  2. Enter the amount you'd like to add to your account,
  3. Add your correct card details (12 to 19-digit card number, expiry date, CVC code and billing address postal/ZIP code, if needed),
  4. Tap 'Add money securely'
