Why was my credit application rejected?

Loan or credit card applications can be rejected for many reasons, depending on the individual circumstances of the applicant. The reasons can be one or a combination of the following:

  • Insufficient income history or income sustainability;
  • Your (and your family’s) monthly expenses for covering the existing financial obligations exceeding 40% of your monthly income after tax
  • Unacceptable credit history or other negative information found in external registries;
  • Expiry of the ID you submitted via our app. Your ID may also be rejected if it's not a Lithuanian passport, Lithuanian identity card, Lithuanian driving licence, or residence permit issued in Lithuania by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • Your personal information provided in-app, such as name and surname, does not correspond with what was received from external registries;
  • You've exceeded your daily or/and monthly application limit;
  • Other reasons based on individual circumstances.

If you get rejected, you'll receive a notification explaining why we've made this decision.
