How do I get an update on my existing claim?

To follow up on an existing claim, you can contact the provider. Tap 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu → 'Insure' → 'Travel' → select a type → 'Get Help'.

To activate your XCover account, create a password using the XCover link, tap 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu → 'Insure' → 'Travel' → 'select a type' → 'Get Help'.

Your XCover account is linked to the email associated with your Revolut account. You can access XCover via Revolut or by visiting this website.
