My friend ordered a card, but I didn’t get the Reward. Why?

Most likely your friend only ordered a virtual card and didn’t order a delivery of a physical one.

To order a physical card your friend needs to click ‘Add new’ in the 'Cards' section, choose a physical card, and complete the order. Delivery fees may apply.

Your friend has to order the physical card before the deadline, for you to get the referral reward.

Ordering a card associated with Revolut Pro, Revolut <18, Revolut Business, or a Joint Account won't count.

For T&Cs go to 'Referrals' main screen → scroll down → 'Terms & Conditions'.
