How to access my joint account statement?

To get the Account Statement for your Joint Account:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap 'Accounts' below your balance
  3. Select 'Joint account' and tap on 'More(…)'
  4. Choose 'Statement' and select the dates and a document type (PDF or Excel)
  5. Tap on 'Generate'

If you decide to close your Joint Account, we'll email ‌both of you your Joint Account statements.
