Go to Cards and click on the card you're waiting for.

• If you can see the Delivery address and Delivery status widget, wait until the estimation date in the order progress bar.
• If widgets aren't visible, your card should've been with you already. If that's not the case, please contact support and request a replacement card.

Depending on the delivery method, for standard, it can take up to 10 days and for express up to 5 days to receive the card.
