Why haven't I received my card yet?

With standard delivery, it usually takes around 2 weeks to receive your card, while express delivery takes up to 5 working days depending on the delivery country.

If you haven't received the card when you were supposed to, you can:

  • Go to Cards and click on the one you're awaiting to be delivered to you.
  • Look at the delivery address and delivery status widget, and find the estimated delivery date in the order progress bar.
  • If you don't see the delivery widget, your card should have already been delivered. Ask your office reception desk or a neighbour if they may have received the card on your behalf.
  • If the card has not yet arrived, please block that card in-app and order a replacement one.
