Why is my transaction pending?

If you see a 🕐 pending payment:

👉 The funds will remain on hold until the transaction is either completed (merchant collects the funds) or cancelled (the funds are returned to you).

👉 If a merchant informed you they cancelled a transaction, it may remain pending for some days, once fully processed, your money will be released to you.

👉 To check the maximum time for the transaction to resolve (complete/revert) tap on it in your transaction list. It can automatically resolve before the mentioned date. If it remains pending after the date, let us know and will revert it manually.

Pending payments cannot be cancelled by Revolut before the in-app mentioned date.
