Submitting documents for a travel insurance claim

When you make a travel insurance claim, Allianz will ask for documentation to support your claim. They may ask for information such as but not limited to:

  • Your original trip booking invoice(s) and travel documents showing the dates and times of travel
  • Relevant reports such as police reports, valuations and medical reports
  • Original receipts or proof of purchase, bills or invoices and account ownership for all out-of pocket expenses that you have to pay

Submit full details of any claim in writing within 30 days of your return to your primary residence.
