How do I set up an External Account?

An external account is your local personal bank account that receives excess funds above S$5,000 at the end of the day. To set it up:

  1. Under the 'Transfer' tab, tap the search bar and tap 'Accounts' on the ribbon.
  2. Select the account you want to set up, and tap the profile icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Scroll down until you see the 'External Account' toggle, and tap to turn it on.

If you haven't added your external account, go to the 'Transfer' feature and select 'Bank Recipient'. Enter your bank account details, making sure the name matches your Revolut account name. After use the toggle to set it as an external account.

Once it's set up, the flow stays the same – you need to tap the button below 'Account details'.
