I lost access to a device with my passkey stored

If you lose access to a device with your passkey stored, you may still have access to your passkeys. This depends on where you stored the passkey. If you stored it on the browser (Chrome), Cloud/Google, Cloud/Apple Keychain, or Password Manager, you can access it from any other device connected to the passkey's storage.

Revoke a passkey

  1. From the 'Home' screen, tap your profile icon on the top-left corner
  2. Tap 'Account'
  3. Tap 'Passkeys'
  4. Select the 'Passkey' from the list of passkeys
  5. Press the 'Revoke' button
