Can I remove/change the linked account which I have set up?

Yes, you can remove the linked account. You'll need to remove the mandate you've set up in the Revolut app by tapping on the linked account and selecting 'Revoke', which will then link you to the respective bank portal for you to authorise the removal of the linked bank account.
