Changes to our Freelancer plans

Why are Freelancer plans no longer available?

Based on different business needs, we're now focusing on two updated, tailored account types. Read more about these account types below:

  • Revolut Business: Offers an automated finance platform for businesses — a multi-person, multi-currency, integrated, and scalable corporate account for all of your business needs, available via web, mobile and APIs. It's designed for legal entities, partnerships, and sole traders that are registered in their local business registry
  • Revolut Pro: Offers a simplified business account available within the personal Revolut app, built to meet the needs of individuals with smaller scale ventures (including side-hustles). This product accommodates sole traders who aren't registered in the local business registry

What are the available options?

  • Continue with Revolut Business: We have migrated all accounts eligible for migration to a Business account and requested additional information
  • Apply for a Revolut Pro account: If you aren't a registered business, we recommend applying for a Revolut Pro account
  • Terminate your account: If you prefer not to switch to a Business account, you can choose to terminate your account

What to do next

  1. Log in to your Revolut Business account, click on the tile that requires business information, and follow the steps on-screen
  2. Provide this information within the specific days outlined in-app. Otherwise, your account will be temporarily restricted until information is provided
  3. Once confirmed, you'll be set up on Revolut Business and ready to go with your new plan
