How are our plans priced?

We offer three different plans (Basic, Grow, Scale), which you can find out more about on our Pricing page to find the plan that works best for you. 

Any changes to our pricing will be reflected in our T&Cs with notice given to you ahead of time via email, check our latest T&Cs.

How do I set up the Enterprise plan?

If you're thinking of switching to our Enterprise plan, select the plan and book a call with our sales team. We will then contact you so that we can create a custom plan for your business.

Can I freeze my account until I need it again?

We can't pause your Business account or delay the pricing change for you. You can still keep your account active even if you're not using it.

If you're not happy with the changes, you can close your account.

Trial offers

If you've been offered a trial of an upgraded plan, you'll continue to be enrolled in the plan and will be charged automatically following the trial end date.

If you don't want to stay on the upgraded plan and want to avoid being billed for it, you can change your plan before the trial end date or schedule the downgrade in the 'Billing' menu.
