How do I verify my source of funds?
Source of funds review is as a part of our standard process, we make every effort to make sure it's as easy as possible, which is why we have moved the income verification process to the app where you can submit all the necessary documents and declare your income sources.
Follow these steps:
- Open your app, go to Account and tap the Verify income tile below transactions. It will direct you to the verification page where you can track the progress in the 'to do' section
- Tap the 'Income verification' task and choose your income sources
- After adding your source of income, you'll need to add the frequency, currency and amount you receive this income in
- Finally, you'll be able to see the list of acceptable documents based on the chosen type of income. Add the required documents by tapping on one of the document types and following the instructions in the app
