Why was my account closed?

We may close or suspend your account and end your access to Revolut in rare circumstances.

These include (but are not limited to) the situations where:

  • We have reason to believe, in our sole discretion, that you are behaving fraudulently, suspiciously, or other otherwise in violation of the law
  • You haven't given us (or someone acting on our behalf) any information we need, or we have reason to believe, in our sole discretion, that information you have provided is incorrect or not true
  • We have asked you to repay money you owe us and you have not done so within a reasonable period of time
  • We have to do so under any law, regulation, or court order
  • You've violated the terms and conditions
