Need a hand?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel currency exchanges, once the exchange has been completed. The only way to revert it is to make a new exchange.

If you can't find the funds from your exchange, please go to the accounts section, and tap on the arrow next to your current balance. Here, you'll see a list of your active currency accounts. Then select the desired currency and hit 'exchange'.
