Where to view scheduled transfers

1. Go to 'Payments' on the bottom menu
2. Tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner
3. View active and paused scheduled transfers

Change a scheduled transfer

1. Go to 'Payments' on the bottom menu
2. Tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner
3. Select an active scheduled transfer
4. Tap 'edit' and follow the prompts to change the amount, date, or frequency

Cancel a scheduled transfer

1. Go to 'Payments' on the bottom menu
2. Tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner
3. Select an active scheduled transfer
4. Tap 'Pause' to deactivate the scheduled transfer, tap 'Delete' at the bottom to permanently delete the scheduled transfer

Once you delete a scheduled transfer, you won't be able to get it back. You’ll need to set it up all over again if you still need it.

Difficulty with a scheduled transfer

To get specialised support for your scheduled transfer, open your scheduled payments tab or tap a completed scheduled transfer in your transactions list.
