To make sure your cash deposit barcode gets accepted:

1. Check if the retailer is an authorised POS for 'Paysafecash'
2. Inform the retailer about your cash top-up using the respective product name
3. If the authorised retailer still encounters issues with the barcode, try refreshing and regenerating it

Check the expiration time of your top-up code before use, and create a new barcode if it has expired (barcodes are valid for 30 minutes).

If the difficulty persists, tap 'Report an issue' on the barcode screen.
