To add money with an easy bank transfer
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'Add money'
- Enter the amount
- Under the amount, choose your payment method
- Set the currency to GBP
- Select 'Easy bank transfer' or choose a bank account
- Follow the on-screen prompts and approve the transfer in your external bank app or website
Only some local banks are supported. Most of the time you won't need to input bank details, instead approve it in your bank app or website. After the first easy bank transfer, your external bank account will be added to the 'Methods' section of the 'Adding money' screen.

Timeframes
An easy bank transfer is still a normal bank transfer. Once the money leaves your external account, it usually takes a few minutes for it to show in Revolut, but may take up to 1 business day. You can check the estimated arrival date of your deposit using our in-app tool.
Cancellations
It's not possible to cancel an easy bank transfer top-up from your Revolut app after it was authorised. Once the money arrives in your Revolut account, you can send it back to your bank account following the steps described in this article.
