I did not receive a tracking number for my delivery

Standard delivery does not include a tracking number, but we provide an estimated delivery date for your convenience.

Customers on Premium and Metal or Ultra plan can choose priority delivery, you'll receive a tracking number once your card is posted.

To check your delivery status or tracking number:

  • Go to the 'Cards' section, by tapping the card icon in the top right, and choose 'Track Delivery'.
  • You'll be able to see your physical card details and the estimated time of arrival.

Your tracking number may not be immediately visible after your card has been posted. Please allow one extra working day for details update.

If you requested a replacement card via email, it will be sent without a tracking number, arriving in 5-8 working days depending on the destination. Your current card will work until the date specified in the email.
