Merchants may inform you that a transaction has been canceled. Typically, this means they will not claim the funds, and the money will be automatically returned after the hold period expires. However, merchants can take a few days to fully process the cancellation and inform us to unblock funds. In the meantime, the payment remains in a pending state.
To check when the funds will be released, go to your transaction history and select the payment you want to check. The reversal date can be found under the payment location. Payments are often automatically reversed long before the specified date. However, if a payment remains pending after the specified date, please notify us.
