How do I know if my card order has been placed successfully?
To confirm that your card order has been placed successfully, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Cards section, by tapping the card icon in the top right
- Check your new physical card details including the estimated time of arrival
- Check the details of the delivery by tapping on More details
- If you can't find your new card in the cards section, it means the order wasn't placed successfully. You can order a new one by clicking 'Add new' in the same section
