How do I change my Bronze or Silver plan purchased before the 31st of October 2022 at renewal?
Your pet insurance policy will automatically renew at the end of your current 12-month policy year. If you fancy a change, you can edit your plan type, excess and co-pay options in-app, tap 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu → 'Insure'→ 'Pet Insurance' → choose Pet profile → 'Details'.
We’ve also updated our Bronze and Silver plans. Your plan will automatically renew with your current plan selection. Our new plans are available for you to purchase.
