How to make a Pet Insurance claim
You can make a Pet Insurance claim in-app
- Go to 'Lifestyle' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
- Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Pet Insurance'
- Open the pet profile
- From there, tap 'Make claim'
- We will provide you with a list of documents needed to submit your claim. Once you have these, select 'Get started'
- You will be forwarded to the claims form
Receive updates on your claim
Claims are usually processed within 10 days of submission. However, if there are discrepancies or missing documents, additional time is needed to request and review these before completing the assessment, potentially extending the timeline. Use the below contacts to get updates on your claim:
