How do I manage my pet insurance renewal?
Your pet insurance policy will automatically renew at the end of your current 12-month policy year. You can manage your renewal in-app and even change your plan type, excess and co-pay options, go to Lifestyle → Insure → Pet Insurance – choose Pet profile – Details.
Check out the new plan options available to you in-app – ensure your pets have the right coverage at the right price. If you make any changes, we'll update your renewal quote straight away.
Make sure you read through your policy information and check it's right for you and your pets. You may wish to compare prices and levels of cover offered by other insurers. Your pet profile and policy can be updated in-app; keep your details up to date, so we can give you the right renewal quote.
