How do I pay for pet insurance?
Currently we only offer monthly payments for pet insurance. Your first payment will be taken on the date you purchase the policy from Revolut. Unfortunately, you're not able to change your monthly payment date.
If you miss a monthly payment, Revolut will notify you in the Revolut app to confirm you've missed your payment on day 1 after a missed payment. The notification will explain how to pay your missed payment.
Reminder notifications will be sent to you until the payment is made. If the missed payment is not made by Day 25 post missed payment, Revolut will notify you to confirm the policy is now cancelled, effective from the end of your last paid month of cover. Please note that no claims will be covered until your missed payment is paid to Revolut.
