How do I complain about my pet insurance?

We aim to provide you with an excellent customer experience and products that meet your needs. However, sometimes not everything goes to plan. To tell us about your complaint, request live support by typing 'Live agent' in our in-app chat. We'll ensure your complaint is notified to the relevant Complaints Team and fully investigated.

If you're not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint investigation, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service. You can do so:

The Financial Ombudsman Service can only deal with your complaint after you've followed our full complaints procedure. If you use our complaints procedure or complain to the Financial Services Ombudsman, your right to take legal action against us isn't affected.
