How can I view or manage my Revolut Pet Insurance policy?

Your Revolut Pet Insurance policy can be viewed and managed by following these steps:

  • Tap to go to the Pet insurance section, or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'Pet insurance'
  • Select ‘Pet’

Go to the Personal details section for more information on how to update your address or contact details on your Revolut account.

How do I cancel my policy?

Your Revolut Pet Insurance policy can be cancelled in-app by following these steps:

  • Tap to go to the Pet insurance section, or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'Pet insurance'
  • Select ‘Pet’, then tap 'Get help', then follow the steps in-app to cancel your policy

Will I get a refund if I cancel my policy?

If you cancel your policy within the 14-day cooling-off period, you'll receive a full refund, provided you've not made or intend to make a claim.

If you cancel your policy outside your 14-day cooling-off period, and you haven't made or intend to make a claim, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund, and we won't collect any further monthly payments from you.

If the only claim you've made or intend to make in the policy year is due to the death, loss, theft or straying of your pet, resulting in the cancellation of your policy, this won't affect your rights under the cooling-off period.
