How do I view and manage my pet policy?

You can view your policy details in your Revolut app by going to Lifestyle → Insure → Pet Insurance. You can also view and download your statement of insurance and the policy wording.

You can update your address or contact details by going to Profile → Account → 👤 Personal Details.

Your pet insurance policy is only available to Revolut EMI (Electronic Money Institution) account holders. If at any point your account is deactivated or in the process of deactivation, this insurance will be cancelled.

If you have chosen to cancel your policy, this can be done in-app by going to Lifestyle → Insure → Pet Insurance → Cancel my policy. If you cancel within your 14 day cooling off period, you'll receive a full refund from Revolut, provided you've not made or intend to make a claim. If you cancel outside of your 14 day cooling off period, and have not made a claim or intend to make a claim, we will not collect any further monthly premium payments from you. In the event that the only claim you have made or intend to make in the policy year is due to the death, loss, theft or straying of your pet resulting in the cancellation policy, this will not affect your rights under the cooling off period.
