What is the Salary Switch Assistant?
The Salary Switch Assistant is an AI assistant that can help you switch your salary payments to your Revolut account.
It can help you draft an email to your HR or payroll team, provide you with the information they need, and track your request so you can stay up to date on its progress.
How does it work?
To let the Assistant track your request and help with follow-ups:
- CC salary.assistant@revolut.com on your emails
- Keep the original subject line unchanged
What should I remember?
The Assistant can help guide you through the process, but it can’t make the switch for you.
Only your employer can change where your salary is paid.
Can I restart the switch?
You can restart or cancel your salary switch directly from your tracker by following these steps:
- Go to your 'Salary Switch Tracker'
- Tap the 3 dots (⋯) in the top-right corner
- Select 'Start over'
