Getting started with Revolut
Eligibility
You must be over the age of 18 and be a legal resident of a supported country to access the full product suite.
If you're aged 16–17 and a legal resident of the United Kingdom, you can also open a Revolut account. Some products may be unavailable, for example: trading, crypto, and credit.

Holding a single personal account.
You can only have one personal Revolut account, even across different countries.
If you’re over 18 years old, after you open a personal account, you have the option to open a Joint account or open a Pro account. T&Cs apply.
Required information
To open and use a Revolut account, you must provide the following:
- A valid mobile phone number
- A valid email address
- Personal information, including but not limited to: current address, date of birth, full name, and citizenship(s)
- A valid government-issued document for identity verification
- A selfie for account security

Do I have to pay to use Revolut?
You can open and use a Revolut account at no cost. If you're over 18 years old, you can upgrade your account to one of our paid plans to save money on fees and access additional benefits. T&Cs apply.
