Need a hand?

Savings account statements contain the following information:

• Account holder details (name and address)
• Opening balance
• Total deposit
• Total withdrawal
• Total earned interest

To get the Savings account statement:

1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
2. Tap 'Accounts' below your balance
3. Select 'Savings account'
4. Tap on '(…) More' and select 'Statement'
5. Choose a time period, and select 'Generate'

We don’t issue hard-copy documents nor provide stamps on requested documents; all statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated.
