How can I download a subject access request document?
Subject access request documents contain the following information:
- Account holder details (name, date of birth, email, and address)
- Your Revolut cards details: a masked Primary Account Number (PAN) including the first 6 and last 4 digits, expiry date, and delivery address
- Your card top-up details: last 4 digits, expiry date, and billing address
- Device details linked to your Revolut account
To get the subject access request:
- Go to 'Profile' on the top left of your app’s homescreen
- Tap on 'Account' and select 'Documents'
- Tap 'General' and select 'Subject access request'
We don’t issue hard copy documents or provide stamps on requested documents; all statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated.
