Why is my crypto deposit pending?
We get a notification of your crypto deposit when it first appears on the blockchain. This deposit will then be pending until it’s confirmed 3 times on the blockchain.
Pending is a temporary status while settlement is taking place. Depending on how busy the blockchain network is, settlement can be instant, or up to 2 hours.
However, as we apply a number of checks, it may result in your deposit pending for up to 5 working days. In some rare cases, our checks might take longer depending on the number of deposits being processed.
Your deposit might also be pending because the minimum deposit amount was not reached. Check this FAQ to learn more about it.
