My Ramp transaction is completed but I didn't receive the funds

Completed transaction

If you have received a confirmation email from us with the blockchain transaction hash, then we've sent your crypto to you.

You can always check the blockchain explorer and make sure enough block confirmations have been completed for your payment to be confirmed.

If this has happened, but you still can't see your crypto in your wallet, try one of these solutions:

  • Check that the wallet address you're viewing is the same address you specified for the purchase
  • Make sure you check the correct network within your wallet. If you can't see it, make sure to add it
  • Make sure the token is imported to your wallet within the correct network
  • If none of these steps work, reach out to our Revolut Ramp Support and we'll look into this for you

Failed transaction

If the transaction fails after making the payment, you won't be charged. Any pending funds will be returned to your bank account within 5 business days.

In the case of a failed transaction — if you don't receive your money back in 5 business days, reach out to our Revolut Ramp Support and we'll look into this for you.
