Can I transfer my account from another broker?

You can transfer your investments held in other brokers into your Revolut investment account.

This can be done in two ways.

DRS transfers

A Direct Registration System (DRS) transfer involves moving your shares between a Brokerage account and a transfer agent. The transfer will result in shares held electronically registered in the customer's own name. DRS transfers are usually completed within 10 working days, but can take up to 30 days. During this time, the position will be frozen, and you'll be unable to buy or sell this security, regardless of market conditions and price swings.

Currently, we can only support a DRS transfer to Computershare. Upon completion of the transfer, your security/securities will be directly registered in your name on the issuer's books. Further buys or sells on your securities may be executed at the prevailing market price or time. These orders are usually bulked and executed at established times during the week and carry some additional conditions.

Costs and charges per position apply. We’ll show you these in-app before you submit the transfer request.

ACAT transfers

Automated customer account transfer service (ACAT) is a system used to transfer the entire portfolio of assets (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.) from one Brokerage account to another. It's managed by the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) and automates the transfer process to reduce errors and speed up transactions.

You’ll need to contact your current broker to arrange the transfer. The request will be sent to our custodian (DriveWealth) and processed once received. We receive notification after the transfer is complete, so we recommend checking back for updates on your portfolio once the event is processed.
