Log in using your old number or email

1. Log in on our mobile app
2. Go to your Profile
3. Tap 'Account'
4. Tap 'Personal details'
5. Tap on your phone number to change
6. Enter your new number and verify with a one-time passcode

If you cannot log into the app

1. Open the Revolut app on your mobile device
2. Dismiss your old phone number login if you are prompted
3. Tap 'Log in'
4. Tap 'Lost access to my phone number'
5. Follow the prompts – you may be asked for a one-time passcode, to take a selfie, or to take a picture of an ID
