If your bank transfer was reverted to us by the receiving bank, we'll make sure the money is returned to your account. The timeframe depends on the type of the transfer.

If it's local/domestic transfer. It will automatically appear on your account within 5 working days. For SWIFT transfer the return process can take up to 15-20 days.

The speed of the process fully depends on the receiving bank, and unfortunately, we can't speed this up.

If the expected timeframe for your returned transfer has elapsed, and you haven't received it yet, we suggest reaching out to the beneficiary's bank to obtain a confirmation of the transfer. Once you have that confirmation, please share it with us through the in-app chat. We'll do everything we can to help track down the returned transfer for you.
