You can download a statement for each transaction separately for any card payment, top-up, transfer, or currency exchange.

The document contains the following information:

  • Account holder details (name and address)
  • Account details (International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and account number)
  • Details of the transaction (date, description, and amount)

To get a transaction statement:

  1. Go to 'Transactions'
  2. Select the desired transaction
  3. Tap 'Download'

The document will appear on your screen when ready. Currently, we can only generate statements for transactions, and can't group specific transactions together under one document.
