Calculation of crypto tiered pricing
We calculate your pricing tier based on your total trade value over the last 30 days, updating this calculation every minute. For example, a trade made on 6 February 2024 at 15:15 GMT counts towards your 30-day trading volume until 7 March 2024 at 15:14 GMT.
Check your current tier and trading volume
In your Revolut app:
- Go to 'Crypto' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'More'
- Select 'Limits and fees'
- Tap 'Exchange fee'
You'll be able to see your current tier, 30-day trading volume, and tiers on other plans if you wish to upgrade.
If you are on the Standard or Plus plan, you’ll be charged either a percentage-based fee or a flat minimum fee, whichever is greater. More information on these fee structures is available on our Fees page.
Currency conversion
We’ll convert the amount you intend to sell to your domestic currency at the exchange rate at that time.
Below are some examples if you’re based in Denmark:
- Example 1. Sell DKK and buy BTC: We'll simply take the DKK value of the trade
- Example 2. Sell GBP and buy ETH: We'll take the value of GBP and notionally convert it to DKK at the GBP/DKK rate at that time
- Example 3. Sell USDT and buy XAU: We'll take the value of USDT and notionally convert it to DKK at the USDT/DKK rate at that time
