How to check supported tokens and networks

1. Go to 'Crypto' on the bottom menu
2. Tap 'Receive'
3. View the list of ‌supported tokens
4. To see the network, tap the token you wish to deposit
5. View the supported network under the QR code

For instance, we support deposits made using the Bitcoin network for BTC, and the Ethereum network for ETH, USDT, USDC, MATIC, and some other ERC-20 tokens. If you use an unsupported network (e.g., attempt to transfer USDT on BSC network or ETH on BASE network), you might lose your crypto.

Supported crypto exchanges

We support deposits from trusted major crypto services like Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, Bitstamp, Etoro, and more. If we didn’t accept your deposit, it was likely sent from an unsupported crypto exchange platform. 

In rare cases, we may also reject deposits from supported exchanges if we do not receive the necessary data that we need for compliance purposes.

Unsupported crypto exchanges

We currently don’t support several exchanges, such as ByBit, KuCoin, Huobi, Bitfinex, Gate.io, and Roqqu.
