Cancel card order

Once you've ordered a card, it isn't possible to cancel or edit the order.

If you no longer need the card, you can terminate it in-app. This won't cancel the delivery, and you won't be reimbursed the delivery fees.

How to terminate the card

  • Go to 'Cards'
  • Select the relevant card and choose 'Settings'
  • Scroll down and click 'Terminate card permanently'
